The Beacon Lighthouse Award is new this year to The Roof Center. It is a way for The Roof Center to recognize partnerships with contractors who are working with them to achieve success.
According to The Roof Center, Inc., winners are not chosen solely based on the numbers. The branches decide the recipients, which make it very personal. It is the intangibles that make this award special. Each branch looks at the criteria of communication/customer service, sales volume, sales mix and AR compliance to aid in making their decision on Award recipients.
