— Catonsville Homeowner Wins 100.7 The Bay Radio’s
“Big Toys for Big Girls and Boys” Contest —
ELDERSBURG, MD. March 20, 2009 – S&K Roofing, Siding and Windows (SKRoofing.com), awarded Mr. Richard Fiedler of Catonsville, Maryland with $5,000 worth of home improvements in the 100.7 The Bay radio’s “Big Toys for Big Girls and Boys” contest on March 13, 2009.
The “Big Toys for Big Girls and Boys” contest is held annually by the radio station in Baltimore, Maryland. This year, listeners qualified on air and in person to win a number of big ticket items including a Harley Davidson motorcycle, a cruise vacation package, a John Deere tractor, home improvements and more. The contest was held at the Cancun Cantina in Hanover, Maryland and the event drew a crowd of several hundred people.
“When they called my name last Friday – and on Friday the 13th even – I was so stunned you could have knocked me over with a feather,” stated Mr. Richard Fiedler, contest winner. “With 110 names in the pot, I never thought it would be me.”
“S&K is currently providing us with an estimate for insulated vinyl siding and a separate estimate for new roofing,” he added. “We haven’t decided yet what we’re going to do, but my wife and I are very excited about this project.”
